Competing…

There is competition… when the war started the wealthy went to Colombo or some other area and moved away from the war affected-areas. But the people who have suffered here can’t come up because the youth who have gone to Colombo and coming back now and are taking up the jobs. They don’t have CIMA, AAT, IAB (extra studies other than A/L)
